Was just listening to Roots Manuva's Ital Visions and was nearly knocked off my feet! The strings used in this song are almost identical to those of Butterfly Caught. I was under the impression that 100th Window was sample free . Has anybody else noticed the similarities, or am i the last to notice? Checked your 'samples' section Av, but found no reference.
Similar in that they both use Eastern strings. If you want to hear more of the same, would have to recommend "Egypt", the latest from Youssou N'Dour. Its a delayed project recorded with the Cairo orchestra
